Mohendra has 26 years’ experience in investment banking, debt arranging, funds management and M&A in Australia, South Africa, USA, Brazil, Indonesia, Chile and Hong Kong in various sectors. He has worked in senior roles at Macquarie, Taurus Funds Management, Craton Capital, Knight Capital Management and UBS. He has worked with institutional investors across the world, including commercial banks, credit funds, family offices, wealth managers, pension funds, and multi strategy funds. He has advised on, raised, arranged and managed over $8.0bn in transactions. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an Honours degree in Finance (cum laude).

Dries is a senior finance professional with 22 years’ experience across leveraged & acquisition finance, private equity, venture debt and cross-border financing structures. He brings sector expertise across healthcare, technology & software and industrials. Dries has a proven track record delivering complex transactions, having led and arranged A$2bn+ in financings across his career. Dries previously held senior roles at Commonwealth Bank, HSBC and the Australian Business Growth Fund. At Commonwealth Bank, he led the mid-market private equity business. At HSBC, he led the execution of the venture debt offering in Australia. Prior to that he was at Deloitte. Dries is a South African Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and holds an Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance.

He has been involved in over $10 billion in M&A and capital raising transactions. She has deep expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and technology agreements, advising on privacy, competition and regulatory matters, supporting government tenders, and managing legal risk in highly regulated environments. Her experience includes procurement, digital transformation, compliance, and large-scale technology projects.
